Fay started with Walkers in January 2016 working within our Residential Conveyancing Team.  

She obtained a First Class Honours degree from Edge Hill University in Criminology with Law, graduating in 2012.

Fay specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages, as well as right to buy purchases of council and housing association properties.
