Alongside a will, we will usually talk about a Lasting Power of Attorney to enable a close relative or friend, or even a professional advisor, to look after your financial affairs or your welfare if you are unable to do so for any reason.  Where possible, we will provide you with a fixed price for the application for and registration of a Lasting Power of Attorney.
